Turnitin’s design system, Greenhouse, is a centralized set of UX/UI guidelines, best practices, and visual elements that ensure our products are consistent, accessible, and highly usable. Integrated into our Turnitin Reference Architecture, it aligns with our Brand Architecture and Product Integration strategy, streamlining design and development processes.

As a junior designer, I researched diverse design libraries and components for Turnitin products, crafted components in Figma, maintained documentation, and collaborated with developers on Super Nova. I also facilitated interactive sessions to present components and gather feedback from fellow designers.

With the components created, we researched various design libraries and engaged with Turnitin designers to understand their needs and how best to support them. We ensured that every component and its variants were reusable and met the designers' requirements. Our documentation included general TDL update history and essential onboarding knowledge for Greenhouse, ensuring a smooth and informed integration process for all users.
